Prior to his current role, John was with Hewlett Packard as the Asia Pacific Products Director of Education Services, Asia Pacific Director of Storage Services, and the South East Asia Director of Product Support Center. John graduated from the University of Essex with a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and is an ITIL Expert.
